The room offered little space and had mold in the shower. WiFi was unusable, and the TV connection was worse, constantly cutting out. Breakfast was served cold, and the hallways were uncomfortably hot, leaving me feeling trapped. The key card problem compounded my frustration, but I appreciated the staff member who helped me re-enter my room.

That was fabulous hotel set in fairly nice area, adjacent to shops, the city centre and Cavern Club. We were in a brilliant location at a walking distance from Liverpool Empire Theatre. The stay was great, recommend.

The dining room was nice and the hotel would have been okay but I ordered a room of a reduced price 89 pounds for two, and the normal price would have been about 200 pounds (the exact price, I have forgotten)and you cannot tell me that nr 15 room can be sold for that expensive price. I think it was too expensive even with the reduced price.so we think you offer an expensive price, people book for the normal and not reduced price and if you take 89 pounds than breakfast should be included, than the price could be okay. Location
Not a pleasant stay wouldn't recommend staff were rude unfriendly room had a unclean musty smell.we had a deluxe room and was very dissatisfied the free bar was a joke with the tv on loud and. Staff stood watching it no music on at all breakfast was ok

The staff we met on our 2 night stay were very friendly and helpful . The location was good for tourist attractions but could be a slight disadvantage to the elderly or infirmed because of the hilly surroundings .We liked the idea of the secured parrking at the rear of the hotel .
With reference to the secure parking we feel that this should be included in the price of the room .
